It provides an overview of NCSs, their advantages, applications, and a literature review. The main focus is on analyzing NCS stability and controller synthesis under cyber-attacks. The architecture of NCSs is discussed, including components and their impact on system stability. Different types of cyber-attacks and their effects on performance are examined. A case study using the quadruple-tank process analyzes NCSs considering network-induced delay and deception attacks. Control design conditions for stability and robustness are discussed. The research contributes to designing secure and reliable NCSs, addressing stability and cyber-attack challenges.enStability a nd control design of networked petrochemical system subject to network - induced delay and Cyber - AttacksThesis
