Abstract
In this thesis, we are interested in the study of exponontial stability and the existence and uniqueness of a Timoshenko system incorporating distributed delay and thermodiffusion effects. Using the semigroup method, first we establish the well-posedness of the system under suitable assumptions on the weight of the distributed delay, Then by emploing the energy method, we design an appropriate Lyapunov functional to demonstrated exponontial decay of the solution
