dc.description.abstract | This work presents a study on the integration of a PID controller within a simulation environment, specifically applied to a deethanizer. Real-world data of a deethanizer was utilized to develop a realistic simulation in Aspen HYSYS. The process started with a steady-state simulation, which was meticulously compared to actual operational data to ensure its accuracy.
