| dc.description.abstract | يُعدّ مقياس جنوح ورعاية الأحداث من المقاييس الأساسية في تكوين طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر علم اجتماع الانحراف والجريمة، نظرًا لارتباطه بتحليل الظواهر الإجرامية في مراحلها المبكرة وفهم آليات إنتاج الانحراف داخل البنى الاجتماعية المختلفة. وتُعد مرحلة الطفولة والمراهقة مجالًا حساسًا لتشكّل السلوك المنحرف، مما يجعل دراسة جنوح الأحداث مدخلًا ضروريًا لفهم مسارات الانحراف والتفاعل مع آليات الضبط الاجتماعي الرسمية وغير الرسمية. يهدف المقياس إلى تمكين الطلبة من الإحاطة بالمفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بجنوح الأحداث، وضبط ماهية الظاهرة وخصائصها، وتحليل العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية المؤدية إليها، في ضوء المقاربات السوسيولوجية والإجرائية المعاصرة. كما يسعى إلى تعريف الطلبة بالإطار القانوني والمؤسساتي للتعامل مع الأحداث الجانحين، من خلال دراسة إجراءات التحقيق والملاحقة وأصول المحاكمات، مع إبراز خصوصية العدالة الجنائية للأحداث القائمة على منطق الحماية والإصلاح. ويتضمن المقياس دراسة العقوبات والتدابير الإصلاحية المقررة للأحداث الجانحين، وتحليل فلسفتها وأهدافها في ضوء السياسة الجنائية الحديثة، مع التركيز على دور مؤسسات إعادة التربية في عملية إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي، وأهمية المقاربات الوقائية والعلاجية، وتشخيص واقع مؤسسات حماية الطفولة في الجزائر. ويراعي المقياس طابعه البيداغوجي والتكويني لمستوى الماستر، من خلال تنمية قدرات الطلبة على التحليل النقدي والربط بين الإطار النظري والتطبيق العملي، واكتساب أدوات منهجية لفهم الأبعاد السوسيولوجية والقانونية والمؤسساتية للظاهرة، بما يؤهلهم للبحث العلمي والتدخل المهني في مجال الانحراف والجريمة. The course “Juvenile Delinquency and Juvenile Care” is one of the fundamental courses in the training of second-year Master’s students in Sociology of Deviance and Crime, given its relevance to the analysis of criminal phenomena at their early stages and to understanding the mechanisms through which deviant behavior is produced within different social structures. Childhood and adolescence represent sensitive stages in the development of deviant behavior, making the study of juvenile delinquency an essential approach to understanding the pathways of deviance and the interaction with formal and informal mechanisms of social control. The course aims to enable students to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts related to juvenile delinquency, define the nature and characteristics of the phenomenon, and analyze the social, economic, and psychological factors contributing to it, in light of contemporary sociological and criminological approaches. It also seeks to familiarize students with the legal and institutional framework for dealing with juvenile offenders through the study of investigation and prosecution procedures and judicial processes, while highlighting the specific nature of juvenile criminal justice, which is based on the principles of protection and rehabilitation. The course includes the study of penalties and rehabilitative measures applicable to juvenile offenders and an analysis of their philosophy and objectives in light of modern criminal policy, with particular emphasis on the role of juvenile rehabilitation institutions in the process of social reintegration, as well as the importance of preventive and therapeutic approaches and the assessment of child protection institutions in Algeria. The course takes into consideration its pedagogical and training-oriented nature at the Master’s level by developing students’ abilities in critical analysis, linking theoretical frameworks with practical applications, and acquiring methodological tools for understanding the sociological, legal, and institutional dimensions of the phenomenon. This enables them to conduct scientific research and engage professionally in the field of deviance and crime. | |
