Abstract
Organizational values and their relation with group cohesion of worker in human resources department of the port corpration – skikda state- 1/ problematic of study : Is there a correlation between organizational values and group cohesion of worker in human ressources departement of the port Enterprise. 2/ Hypotheses of the study : *General premise : There is a correlation between the organizational values and the cohesion of the group in the workers of the human resources department of the port institution –skikda state- *Partial assumpions: 1-There is a negative correlation between the organizational values and the cohesion of tasks among the workers of the human resources department of the port corpration – skikda state- . 2- There is a positive correlation between the organizational values and social cohesion among the workers of the human resources department of the port corpration – skikda state – 3- There is a positive correlation between the organizational values and the degree of attraction of individuals groups in the HR Division of the port state corporation in skikda state- 4-there are no differences of statical significance in the organizational values attributed to the gender variable at the level of significance 0.05=α. 5- there are no differences of statical significance in the organizational values attributed to the variable of seniority at the level of significance 0.05=α 3/Methodology of the study: The researcher used the descriptive method. The sample was stratified, applied to 39 individuals. The sesearcher also adopted a questionnaire to measure the organizational values and another to measure the cohesion of the group. We also relied on quantity using the statiscal program of social sciences, pearson correlation coefficient, anova F Test, T-Test . 4/ main result: 1- There is a correlation between the organizational values and the cohesion of the group in the workers of the human resources department of the port institution –skikda state- 2- There is a positive correlation between the organizational values and the cohesion of tasks among the workers of the human resources department of the port corpration – skikda state- . 3- There is a positive correlation between the organizational values and the degree of attraction of individuals groups in the HR Division of the port state corporation in skikda state- 4- there are no differences of statical significance in the organizational values attributed to the gender variable at the level of significance 0.05=α 5- there are no differences of statical significance in the organizational values attributed to the seniority variable at the level of significance 0.05=α
