Abstract
Motivation at work is becoming more and more important in our lives with the emergence of
new social values that promote freedom, expression and diversity among employees. The
hierarchy of the words risk, culture, prevention Means of adjustment between the three main
variables of risk systems (the individual, the process and the organization), the culture of
prevention to reduce risks and errors at work, by the Questionnaire which will provide
clarification on the subject under study, questions on three axes which are the main themes:
risk, motivation at work. The analyzed results show a demotivation of the staff and a kind of
bad satisfaction of the leaders and a bad opinion on the work group.
