Abstract
Digitization of hotel systems is being explored in Algeria to improve accessibility
and efficiency, and the aim of this research is to reduce bureaucracy, simplify services
and facilitate access to hotels for citizens and visitors. The study reduces the field
visits needed to obtain information by utilising digital means (thus saving time).
The paper highlights the benefits , challenges and opportunities of digital transformation
in hotel management and is part of a master’s thesis.
