Abstract
This project is a detailed study of a tourist hotel consisting of a basement, a ground floor, and an additional
12 upper floors, constructed in the state of Skikda, classified as a moderate seismic zone according to the
Algerian seismic code (DTR, RPA99/V2003, BAEL99(CBA93)). Using calculation and verification standards,
we calculated the dimensions and determined the amount of reinforcement necessary for the stability of the
building (ETABS21). Additionally, the building was modeled using a program based on the finite element
method. Finally, we conducted a study of the building’s infrastructure.”
