Abstract
تتناول هذه المذكرة حول توسع أطماع الاستعمار الفرنسي في التمدد نحو الشرق الجزائري وانتهجت العديد من السياسات الإدارية للسيطرة عليها،بهدف تبيين أقدامها على أرض الوطن المجتمع الجزائري ومن بينها هيئة المكاتب العربية التي كان لها عدة أدوار ومهام لإخضاع . وعسكريا، ثقافيا، إداريا،الأهالي في مختلف المجالات اقتصاديا
This memorandum deals with the expansion of the ambitions of French colonialism to expand towards the east of Algeria in order to show its feet on the homeland, and it pursued many administrative policies to control Algerian society, including the Arab Offices Authority, which had several roles and tasks to subjugate the people in various fields such as economically, administratively, culturally, and militarily.
